3. Review and sign our documents:

  • Rules and Regulations (Schedule A and B)​


4. Write First and Last month's cheques to "Carousel Estate Homes Inc." or "CEHI", to reserve your unit.



What's Included in your Rent

Your rent includes services that will keep Park Ridge Residences at 16 Marilyn Drive, well maintained, comfortable, safe, and secure, to provide you with the peace and enjoyment you are looking for. Professional building management means that regular servicing is provided to the common areas, equipment owned by Park Ridge Residences, and the building itself. Should you have a maintenance issue pertaining to the building, all you have to do is call.

Park Ridge Residences ensures that things like: heat in the common areas and garage, snow removal, garbage collection, security, property taxes, maintenance, landscaping, clean common areas, and garbage collection, are taken care of.



What is not included in your Rent: Utilities

Although Park Ridge Residences will include many expenses, the tenant is responsible for signing up for Guelph Hydro: Water usage, electricity and water heater rental. This will be the only utility bill that you will need. Due to new insulation, efficient windows, and very efficient forced-air heat pumps, heating in winter, and cooling in summer, has been estimated by engineers to be less than $100 per month. The ease of rental living, means that you just have to take care of those personal comforts, and the building, (inside and out), is taken care of.
